Bounce & Burn High-intensity interval training (HIIT)
Join us every Saturday morning at 7.30am for Pelham's newest fitness class! Class runs 45 minutes and are offered at an introductory rate of $5 per session. Altitude Socks are required. (Can be purchased for $2).
