Bounce & Burn High-intensity interval training (HIIT)

 

Join us every Saturday morning at 7.30am for Pelham's newest fitness class! Class runs 45 minutes and are offered at an introductory rate of $5 per session. Altitude Socks are required. (Can be purchased for $3).

Altitude Waivers are required. Minimum Age is 16+. Trampolining is a fun alternative to the gym! Lose weight, strengthen & toning muscles, improving circulation and increasing metabolism are some of the benefits. Try out our next class!

Refund Policy:
No cash refunds. Purchased tickets can be changed to another Saturday class if notified at least 24 hours in advance. "No shows" forfeit class fee.
